Cancellation Policy

If a traveler needs to cancel their trip, you can set up your cancellation policy so that they'll receive a percentage of their payment back. The percentage applies to the amount that the traveler has paid at the time of the cancellation, not the total amount of the reservation. 

When setting the cancellation policy for your listing, you may choose from one of five options: Relaxed, Moderate (Recommended), Firm, Strict and No Refund.  

Relaxed

  • Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
  • Bookings cancelled at least 7 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund

Moderate (Recommended)

  • Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
  • Bookings cancelled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund

Firm

  • Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund
  • Bookings cancelled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund

Strict

  • Bookings cancelled at least 60 days before the start of stay will receive 100% refund

No Refund

  • No refund offered for any reason or timeframe.
